Agile Equity provided strategic advisory services to ITT's System Division, which provides a broad range of systems integration, engineering, and technical support solutions, command and control systems, satellite communications, tactical warning/attack assessment, and space launch services for the US Military and its allies. Given the classified nature of Systems Division, the advisory work undertaken by Agile Equity remains confidential.

ITT Corporation (www.itt.com) supplies advanced technology products and services in several growth markets. ITT is a global leader in the transport, treatment, and control of water, wastewater, and other fluids. The company plays a vital role in international security through its defense communications and electronics products; space surveillance and intelligence systems; and advanced engineering and related services. Agile Equity has executed large transactions, such as representing Firstsource, a public Indian company, on its $330,000,000 acquisition of MedAssist in the US, and smaller transactions, such as representing Pelican Security, a private Israeli company, on its acquisition by Microsoft.
