Agile Equity Partner Moderates eTravelWorld Conference Forum

Joshua Landau, Managing Director at Agile Equity, will be moderating a panel at the eTravelWorld conference in New York. Mr. Landau will be speaking with industry insiders, including Drew Patterson of Starwood Hotels, Sandeep Thakrar of Katalyst, and Alex Picou of CIBC World Markets' Travel Services & Lodging Group. The panel will part of the eVenture Forum section of the conference, which include topics related to financing early-stage businesses, strategic acquisitions, and IPOs.
Founded in 1996, Agile Equity is an investment bank specializing in mergers & acquisitions in the technology sector. Joshua Landau recently joined Agile, and has over seven years of venture capital and investment banking experience focusing on technology investing, corporate financings, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining Agile in 2001, Mr. Landau managed two venture capital funds, focusing on wireless/telecom, Internet, e-healthcare, and financial services-related technology companies. Prior to venture investing, Mr. Landau served as a Corporate Banking Officer at ABN Amro Bank, and as an Analyst at Chemical Securities (now JP Morgan Chase), where he was involved with corporate financings and mergers and acquisitions advisory.
