David Shrier, Senior Advisor

David Shrier has led $310 million of completed transactions for corporate and private equity sponsors, and developed $7.5 billion of middle market growth initiatives for Global 1000 companies (Disney, Dun & Bradstreet, WoltersKluwer, Starwood) and LBO management teams. His clients have ranged across consumer health care, consumer products, medical devices, energy, media, financial services and hospitality. An experienced operating executive, Mr. Shrier has been acting COO or CEO of eight privately-funded consumer businesses including founding a new successful consumer media company as interim COO, running an internet advertising company as interim CEO, and serving as COO on the turnaround of iconic television marketer Ronco. Mr. Shrier has been on the adjunct faculty of NYU's Stern School of Business MBA program, and lectured on entrepreneurial finance and corporate innovation at the EPFL in Switzerland, Columbia Business School, USC Marshall MBA program, and elsewhere. Mr. Shrier holds an Sc.B. from Brown University in Biology, and has conducted laboratory research at Roche and at the Yale School of Medicine.
