Adam Brothers, Senior Vice President

Adam Brothers joined Agile Equity in 2004 and began working in private equity and investment banking in 2000 at MessageClick, where he ran product development and operations. He subsequently participated in the sale of the business to a public company. He has also held positions and performed contract work at private equity firms, including Warburg Pincus, Himalaya Capital and UBS Capital Americas, where he managed portfolio companies, sourced and structured new deals, and published industry and competitive research. In addition to his financial experience, Mr. Brothers has seven years of product development and operations experience in technology, media and telecommunications with companies including Viacom, @radical.media, and Verso Technologies. Mr. Brothers has been quoted in articles on data security in the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Brothers holds a B.A. in History from Columbia and an MBA in Finance from the New York University Stern School of Business.
