“Incepta Group, the international communications and marketing Group, is consolidating its leading position across its public relations and marketing services disciplines through the acquisition of Broad Street Productions (“Broad Street”) based in New York.
Broad Street, founded in 1981, specializes in high-end corporate videos, major corporate conferences, interactive media and design & branding programmes for large corporate clients in the financial services, entertainment, technology, and pharmaceutical industries. Its ‘convergence communications’ services assist clients integrate video and other rich media into their internet and intranet sites, bringing corporate communications into the digital age. Broad Street’s clients include AOL Time Warner, Credit Suisse First Boston, Seagrams, and Verizon Wireless. Broad Street, which already works closely with Incepta’s public relations and advertising businesses in the US, will be renamed Citigate Broad Street as will Incepta’s London-based marketing services agency Yellow Line, providing the enlarged operation with an immediate presence in London.
